The Skillcraft Agencies National Sales Conference 2023 was a great opportunity for the team to catch up, share experiences, plan for the year ahead and acknowledge star performers.

The conference, which took place at the Johannesburg head office and the Kopanong Hotel and Conference Venue, started with an awards ceremony, where team members were acknowledged and honoured for their outstanding achievements in their respective departments. The Skillcraft team from all over South Africa and Namibia was present to celebrate.

The keynote speaker was Evan Hutchison, the managing director of Hallspeed, the maker of the three Toyota Hilux cars that competed in the 2023 Dakar Rally. Hutchison shared his exciting experience of the DAKAR Rally with the team, emphasising the challenging conditions, the drivers’ experiences, and the strategies used to work together as a team. He stated, “There is a fantastic collaboration between the INGCO and Toyota Gazoo Teams. Both teams have a passion and drive for their roles and are willing to go the extra mile to make things happen.”

The INGCO Sales Conference was a successful event that brought the team together and set the direction for the year 2023, says marketing coordinator Brigitte Thysse. “The focus is on taking INGCO to the next level, both in terms of customer satisfaction and market dominance.” Managing director Angelo Angelos is also optimistic and motivated to continue delivering value to customers and helping them achieve success. It’s great to see that the company is committed to being a reliable supplier and helping its customers succeed in their own markets.
