INGCO Products can be purchased from your nearest INGCO Stockist Hardware Store Nationwide.
Let us know where you are based in South Africa, and we will point you to your nearest INGCO Stockist .
The Price of an INGCO product depends on the Retailer.
HOW DO I BECOME AN INGCO RE-SELLER?
You Need to OWN A HARDWARE STORE To Qualify to Re Sell INGCO Products.
If you do not Own a HARDWARE STORE, you do not Qualify to re-sell INGCO
Products.
If you own your own Hardware Store and would like to stock INGCO Products,
then please Provide us with the Following Information:
a) The Name of your Store
b) Location
c) Contact Number
Once your details have been received, We will then reach out to you to discuss
the next step in the process of becoming an INGCO Stockist.
CAN I RE-SELL INGO PRODUCTS ON MY ONLINE STORE?
Unfortunately, Not.
We do not Supply INGCO Products to Customers who only sell through Online Stores.
You need to own a Hardware Store in Order to Re Sell INGCO Products.
WHERE / HOW CAN I GET MY INGCO PRODUCT REPAIRED?
Warranty Repair (1year):
If Your INGCO product is still u nder the 1 Year Warranty, Simply take the product back to the store you originally purchased it from with your original proof of purchase. POP proves that the product is still under warranty Your unit will then be booked in for Repair.
Out of Warranty Repair:
You can take your INGCO Product to any of our Stockists Nationwide.
The Product will be Collected , Evaluated and a Quote will be sent to the store within 7 to 10 working days after the unit is collected.
WHERE CAN I GET SPARE PARTS FOR MY INGCO PRODUCT?
You can Purchase Spare Parts from your nearest INGCO Stockist Nationwide.
If the Exact Spare is not in stock, one can easily be ordered for you at the store on Request.
